Sorella Luna translates to sister moon in Italian - A nourishing blend to offer support during moon times. It contains seven potent medicinal herbs to stabilize the mood, relieve discomfort, and regulate the menstrual cycle.

THERAPEUTIC PLANTS

YARROW A gentle cycle regulator and spasmolytic which relieves spasms of smooth muscle to alleviate discomfort.

NETTLE A nutrient-rich plant high in iron to replenish while being a depurative that encourages lymphatic clearing and decreases bloating.

CHAMOMILE A relaxing and antispasmodic herb to relieve mood fluctuations, irritability and cramps.

RASPBERRY LEAF A uterine tonic to strengthen and tonify the uterus while decreasing excess blood loss.

GINGER Warms and promotes circulation and blood flow while relieving nausea or malaise.

INGREDIENTS

Organic - Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) Flower/Leaf, Urtica dioica (Nettle) leaf, Matricaria chamomilla/recutita (Chamomile) Flower, Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) Leaf, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) Root.

Brewing Ritual

Tea Infusion: Steep 1tbsp in 1 cup/250ml of boiled water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes covered to keep the aromatic qualities in the cup. Strain and enjoy.

Bath Infusion: Add one handful or add 2 cups of steeped tea to bath water.

a lovely evening ritual

a true pleasure to look forward to at the end of the day. I love knowing these herbs were foraged locally, from our forests and gardens, and the calming effects of this blend have aided in hormonal balance and restful sleeps.
